Participants will learn how to manage their stress levels in 5 simple and effective steps. These steps also incorporate Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique.

Step 5: Choose A Solution & Cheer Up! |
Participants will learn that there are many Choices to solve a problem. It’s just a matter of choosing and move on to the next step of being happy. |
