NLP for Teachers & Lecturers

A Program To Create An Exciting Learning Event NLP

NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is about modeling; studying, understanding and transferring the skills of top performers in any field (Joseph O’Connor & John Seymour, Training With NLP, Thorsons 1994). By using NLP, you will be able to enhance a regular training day into a focussed, energetic and strategic learning experience.

NLP is an advanced tool used by many successful professionals in a whole range of activities. The simplicity of the tool plus its effectiveness makes it a much sought after edge of today’s professionals who deal with people on a daily basis.

This program would benefit members of the teaching faculty by enhancing their classroom presentation to that of a professional trainer using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

Understand and incorporate the basic presuppositions of NLP into the area of teaching and learning.
Building rapport by combining the elements of psychology and physiology.
Teach using effective techniques of positive persuasion.
Learn to subtly upgrade the quality of learning without major modifications to their present teaching methodology.
Anchor positive learning points in the mind of students.
Clarify their student’s learning objectives to enable better focus in energy and strategy.
Stay focus and motivated on achieving those goals while anticipating and preparing to face future challenges.

Sections	Description
Basic Understanding of NLP	Participants will be given a practical approach to understanding NLP and its presuppositions. They will also be thought how to Calibrate their Senses and VAKOG.
Building Rapport	Participants will learn the most powerful tools in NLP which is building rapport using the techniques of Matching & Mirroring, Eye Accessing and Face Reading.
Marketing & Selling Using NLP	Participants will learn to use the techniques of State Elicitation, Pace & Lead, and Anchoring to effectively ‘market’ and ‘sell’ knowledge to students.
Setting Crystal Clear Goals and Achieving It.	Participants will learn to get their learning Outcomes crystal clear so that they will be highly motivated to achieve them quickly. They will also learn how to do a Timeline to anticipate future challenges and to prepare for it.
My Actionable Plan	Participants will put their learning into structured plans of action.
