NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is about modeling; studying, understanding and transferring the skills of top performers in any field (Joseph O’Connor & John Seymour, Training With NLP, Thorsons 1994). By using NLP, you will be able to enhance a regular training day into a focussed, energetic and strategic learning experience.

NLP is an advanced tool used by many successful professionals in a whole range of activities. The simplicity of the tool plus its effectiveness makes it a much sought after edge of today’s professionals who deal with people on a daily basis.

Description of Activities

Sections	Description
Basic Understanding of NLP	Participants will be given a practical approach to understanding NLP and its presuppositions to leverage on the audience’s learning needs. They will also be thought how to Calibrate their Senses and VAKOG.
Crowd Control	Participants will learn the most powerful tools in NLP which is building rapport using the techniques of Matching & Mirroring, Eye Accessing and Face Reading. Participants will learn how to build rapport, encourage buy-in from the audience and accommodate different learning needs of their audience.
Subject Matter Presentation	Participants will learn to use the techniques of State Elicitation, Pace & Lead, and Anchoring to effectively ‘market’ and ‘sell’ knowledge to their audience. Participants will learn the ability to translate and simplify complicate subjects to comprehensive and manageable information.
Toys & Other Equipment	Participants will learn to fully utilize toys and other equipment as effective teaching tools to match the VAKOG learning styles of their audience. These tools also include the usage video clips and music.
Setting Crystal Clear Goals and Achieving It.	Participants will learn to get their learning Outcomes crystal clear so that they will be highly motivated to achieve them quickly. They will also learn how to do a Timeline to anticipate future challenges and to prepare for it.
