This program is highly interactive, NLP-rich, content rich and practical. ‘Practical’ means by the end of the program, participants will know how to take charge of their job application and:

Ensure that their resume will be read by the ‘right’ people.
Attract the prospective employer to read the resume till the very last page.
Highlight the contents of the resume to make it irresistibly relevant to the prospective employer.
Build a positive relationship with the interviewer during the interview very quickly.
Create a lasting, impressive impression on the interviewer.
Highlight to the interviewer how their education, skills and experience is irresistibly relevant to the job and to the organization.
Discover their potential to take charge of their future.
Polish their image to increase professionalism in their career and personality.
Increase their understanding on what goes on in the recruitment process of an organization and take advantage of it.
Enjoy the results of knowing their outcome and getting the career they want.

The program is divided into 3 main sections:

Sections	Description
Job Application Strategies	Participants will learn how to creatively write application letters and resumes to ensure they irresistibly relevant and attractive to the prospective employer. Participants will also learn strategies how to send the application to ensure it is read by the ‘right’ people.
Attending Interviews Strategies	Participants will learn strong, NLP communication skills to not only attract the interviewer and build rapport very quickly, but also to subtly influence the interviewer to make decisions in their favour.
My Actionable Plan	Participants will put their learning into structured plans of action.
