Dear Coach Rizal, Firstly, thank you very much for conducting the NLP for Marketing & Sales Program at our premises on the 15th May 06. The feedbacks I've received were positive & encouraging. Append below are the key-points I have extracted out from the Course Evaluation Form which I received from the 45 participants (20 RSH staffs & 25 external participants for JobStreet HR forum members). The statistics/ feedback below shows for itself. 1) Are the topics covered extensively enough? Yes: 93% / No: 7% 2) Was there any portion of the course that was difficult to follow? Yes: 9% / No: 91% 3) Course leader's ability to present his views & ideas clearly: Excellent: 40% / Good: 58% / Satisfactory: 2%, Poor & Unsatisfactory: 0% 4) Course leader's knowledge of the subject matter: Excellent: 34% / Good: 62% / Satisfactory: 2% / Poor: 2% & Unsatisfactory: 0% 5) Course leader's ability to stimulate audience participation: Excellent: 45% / Good: 51% / Satisfactory: 4% / Poor & Unsatisfactory: 0% 6) Course leader's ability to handle questions or issues raised by the participants: Excellent: 38% / Good: 56% / Satisfactory: 4% / Poor & Unsatisfactory: 0% & Not Applicable: 2% 7) Was trainer showing any sign of: Nervousness: 0% / Lack of confident: 0% / Stammering: 4% / Lack of eye-contact: 0% / Long pauses in between: 0% / Not applicable: 96% 8) Trainer's voice: Clear: 78% / Good: 18% / Satisfactory: 4% & Poor: 0% 9) Trainer's pronunciation: Clear: 51% / Good: 43% / Satisfactory: 4% & Poor: 2% 10) Were the teaching methods used effective? Lecture: 96% Yes / Video & Film: 100% Yes / Case Study: 60% Yes & Role Play: 93% Yes 11) Did you find the trainer having difficulty to explain certain topic? Example used: 91% No / Share - experience: 89% No / Able to express ideas: 91% No & Not sure of himself: 87% No 12) Compilation of comments on any other area not covered that participants feel may assist the trainer in improving the quality of his course: ............................ * Set-up & facilities were good. Well done! * Too short of time. Need more than 01 day * Example used are too general & not related to real world experience which truly happened in the course of the training program * As the training was only 01 day, it is comprehensive enough * Give more on experience or case study. It can help us to understand faster. * This topic in not easy to understand / apply. Need to practice & practice. 01 day is not enough & time is too short * Too short of time! * Training environment is good & so is the arrangement. Staffs are helpful too. * Provide more role play on selling or convincing. * Yes! Rizal has done a good job (evn it’s only 01 day course) in preparing the audience to understand NLP & linking it to our day-to-day routines & personal goals. * NLP works as have gone thru many test to prove & it does works! * Well proven on the effectiveness of NLP however, trainer concentrated mostly on sales. Should touch a bit on HR issues & how to apply NLP at the workplace & with work staff or customers. * I’m a facts & figures person. I need more stats, probabilities & hard numbers to see if NLP really works. * Now I know what is NLP & the skills required. * Aha!!.. Using matching & mirroring, face reading, all NLP techniques will help me to do better sales Once again, a BIG thank you for the staff of RSH (M) SDN BHD & the forum member of JobStreet HR. Hope to hear from you again. Kind regards, Alvin Saw HR & Training Manager RSH (M) Sdn Bhd DID: 03-5123 2610 | |
