Hey Rizal, I'm Cai Xuan from UTAR and I've attended your soft skills on Take Charge and Get That Job!
Since then, I have used your technique on preparing my resume for my job applications. I'm an Accounting student and I have used your technique by putting my picture with the background of the accounting firms (Deloitte, KPMG and Ernst & Young).
And guess what, the firms called me for interviews, and two of the firms offered me a job. When I went to the interview for Ernst & Young, the HR Manager commented on my Resume. She said that after so many years handling thousands of resumes, this is something that stands out.. I told her what I've learnt from you and she asked me to pass a message to you that this technique is GREAT and it really works! It was REALLY GOOD! She even suggested me to teach my friends to write in this technique.
So, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to you for teaching us this 'special' resume and may God bless you always.
