Practical Interviewing Techniques for the Professional Recruitment Executive General Outline Getting the right person for the job has indeed become a dilemma for many recruitment professionals every where. Sourcing the right candidates is by itself a tedious process, and the interview can be just as taxing. One of the reasons for this is that some recruitment executives have never been coached on how to conduct a proper interview. The Modern Interviewerʼs Toolbox is a program to bring together some key competencies of an interviewer and combine them with modern day techniques of interviewing, for example how to use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) when interviewing.
